Just 3 Ingredient Chocolate Banana Cake Gluten-Free

3 Ingredient Banana Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 ounce (30g) of pure cocoa powder
  • 5 ounces (140g)  peanut or almond butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C/355°F.
  2. Peel and cut or break bananas into small chunks.
  3. Put bananas in a large mixing bowl and mash them well with a masher or fork.
  4. Add in the nut butter and mix until well combined.
  5. Measure and sift the cocoa powder and add to the mixture. A hand blender can be used to get a smooth texture.
  6. Using coconut oil, grease a square baking pan or muffin tins to prepare for the batter.
  7. Pour the batter into the pan or muffin tin and bake for 15-25 minutes or until baked through.

Important Notes About the Ingredients
